Singing River Connect reaches milestone with 10,000 fiber internet subscribers

August 19, 2024

Singing River Connect recently installed fiber internet service for its 10,000th subscriber, Nicole Harvey, who received a collection of smart home devices to celebrate this milestone.

Harvey, a George County resident, raved about the service, saying “Singing River Connect has been wonderful in our home! Uploads for my business are much faster, and my daughter’s gaming experience is seamless without buffering. Our work-from-home time has never been better!”

On August 20, the Rocky Creek substation’s Brushy Creek feeder area will open for fiber internet sign-ups along with the Benndale substation’s Highway 26 West feeder area. Once three additional Benndale areas open for sign-ups in the coming weeks, all Singing River Electric members in George County will have access to high-speed fiber internet service.

Singing River Connect provides lightning-fast, reliable fiber internet with trusted local service. Visit www.singingriverconnect.com/signup to become a subscriber.

New areas opening for sign-ups are announced on SR Connect’s Facebook, Instagram, and X pages. Maps of areas where service is currently available can be found at www.singingriverconnect.com/signup.
