Singing River Connect subscribers may be eligible for payment assistance through the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). To view the criteria for this federal program, download or view the ACP flyer.

Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

The ACP provides a discount of up to $30 each month to eligible subscribers for broadband service. To receive this benefit, follow these steps:

4 The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a government program that reduces your broadband internet access service bill. You may apply the ACP benefit to any Singing River Connect broadband service offering at the same terms available to households that are not eligible for ACP-supported service. You may obtain ACP-supported broadband service from any participating provider of your choosing, and you may transfer your ACP benefit to another provider at any time.

Consent:(Required)

I hereby consent to the transfer by Singing River Connect of all my information for purposes of enrollment in ACP. The information transmitted includes full name, full residential address, date of birth, telephone number associated with ACP service, the date on which the ACP discount was terminated, if it has been terminated, the amount of support being sought, and the means through which I qualify for ACP benefits. I further agree that all the information I provide to Singing River Connect may be collected, used, shared, and retained for the purposes of applying for and/or receiving the ACP benefit. I understand that if this information is not provided to the ACP Program Administrator, I will not be able to receive ACP benefits. If a customer chooses to continue to receive Singing River Connect broadband service after the ACP ends, the customer will be subject to Singing River Connect’s undiscounted rates and general terms and conditions.

I understand that my household may apply the ACP benefit to any of Singing River Connect's broadband service offerings at the same terms available to households that are not eligible for ACP-supported service.

Disconnection Rules:(Required)

I understand that Singing River Connect may disconnect my household's ACP-supported service after 90 consecutive days of non-payment.

Service at End of Program:(Required)

I understand that my household will be subject to Singing River Connect's undiscounted rates and general terms and conditions if: (1) the ACP ends; (2) I transfer my ACP benefit to another provider but continue to receive service from Singing River Connect; or (3) I am de-enrolled from ACP.

Federal Communications Commission's Consumer Complaint Center(Required)

I have the right to file a complaint against my broadband service provider via the Federal Communications Commission's Consumer Complaint Center, which is found at https://consumercomplaints.fcc.qov or I can call 877-384-2575.

For Transfers Only: By signing this form, I acknowledge the following: (1) I will be transferring my ACP benefit to Singing River Connect; (2) the effect of the transfer is that the ACP benefit will be applied to Singing River Connect's service and will no longer be applied to service retained from my previous ACP provider; (3) I may be subject to my previous ACP provider's undiscounted rates as a result of the transfer if I choose to maintain that provider's broadband service; (4) my household is limited to one ACP-transfer transaction per service month, with the limited exceptions of reversing an improper transfer or addressing situations impacting my household's receipt of ACP-supported service from a particular provider.
